1. How much does shipping cost?
We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across the entire United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?

3. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system.
4. My order contains multiple items, will they arrive together?
Because we source from different curated fulfillment networks to ensure the best quality, items in a single order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times.

We want you to love your purchase! We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We apologize for any inconvenience! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@madish.shop with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund right away.
9. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The money will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@madish.shop within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the processing and shipping stage, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify it.
